Managing Your Subscription

  • Skipping an upcoming delivery

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders follow the same return and refund policies as one-time purchases.

  • Opened or used products may not be eligible for return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
